In 2015, they joined Keller Williams Realty Boise as a Marketing Director and Realtor, where they likely focused on marketing strategies and assisting clients with buying or selling homes. In 2016, Carrie ventured into entrepreneurship and started their own business called White Linen Home Staging, where they served as the Owner, Creator, and Home Stager.
