Brittany Thompson

Brittany Thompson currently serves as the Digital Marketing E-Commerce Coordinator at Denver Mattress Co., a position held since April 2014, where significant contributions include the design and implementation of a new employee training process that enhanced retention rates. Previously, as Assistant Manager, Brittany managed a team of eight, innovated the onboarding process leading to a notable promotion rate, achieved consistent top sales performance, and improved corporate compliance scores substantially.
