We provide the following: 1) accurate BPO Reporting w/digital color photos, 2) same day occupancy check, 3) negotiate cash for keys, 4) coordinate reporting of occupancy & commencement of lender’s eviction process. We also initiate property preservation including: trash out, re-keying, estimate of repairs, effect emergency repairs to secure property as needed, coordinate all repair trades as needed or requested, arrange lawn, pool, utility and related services as needed.
