Al Donohue is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning multiple decades. Currently serving as the Operating Principal at Keller Williams Realty since October 2010, Al played a pivotal role in transforming Bergen County Partners from 40 agents with minimal sales in 2011 to over 1,500 agents and employees, achieving significant sales milestones by April 2019. Prior experience includes partnership at Marron Gildea & Donohue, a luxury real estate boutique, and various sales leadership roles at RE/MAX, Reuters, Multex, and Cosmos Communications. Al began a professional journey in advertising, obtaining a BS from Syracuse University in 1990.
