Previously, Howard served as the Chief Real Estate Officer and Assistant Secretary at Purple Heart Homes, Inc., a nationally recognized non-profit dedicated to aiding service-connected disabled veterans. Additionally, Howard was the Renewal Administrator for the City of Lorain, Ohio, focusing on residential, commercial, and industrial development while promoting affordable housing and neighborhood stabilization. Educational accomplishments include a degree in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University and an Associate's degree from Lorain County Community College.
