Matt Peevy is a seasoned professional in the real estate and film industries with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Team Leader of The Peevy Team at Keller Williams Success Realty since March 2024, Matt has been involved in Florida's real estate market since 1998. Previous roles include Realtor positions at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida and Coastal Realty Group, as well as owning a boutique vacation property management company, Baytowne Vacation Rentals. Matt also has a strong background in film production as Owner and Director of Ronik Films, specializing in narrative filmmaking and commercial productions, and has held roles such as Co-Publisher and Creative Director at Coastal Angler Magazine. With a B.A. in Cinema & Television Production from Palm Beach Atlantic University, Matt combines creative expertise with a robust understanding of the real estate landscape along Florida's coast.
