Serge Migy

Serge Migy is a Partner at Kellerhals Carrard since February 2020, specializing in corporate tax law, mergers and acquisitions, and taxation of individuals, including succession planning and employee participation programs. Additionally, Serge has served as an Associate Professor of Tax Law at Haute école de gestion Fribourg since February 2017. Previously, Serge held the position of Partner and Head of Tax Services at Mazars Switzerland and has extensive experience with Ernst & Young, where various roles included Tax Senior Manager and Tax Manager. Serge began a career in tax services with a training position at KPMG Switzerland. Serge holds a Master of Law from Université de Neuchâtel and is an Attorney-at-law, having passed the Swiss Bar exam.
