Carly Jo Riggins

Carly Jo Riggins has extensive experience in property management, currently serving in various roles at Kelley Commercial Partners since May 2021, including Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. Prior to this, Riggins was the Director of Operations at Northwestern Mutual from June 2019 to May 2021, and served as Facility Manager at Pinnacle Mountain State Park with the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism from June 2018 to May 2019. Riggins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Central Arkansas, obtained between 2014 and 2018, and further enhanced expertise through education at the Clinton School of Public Service.
