Ken Kanzawa focuses his practice on government contracts litigation and counseling. With an insider’s perspective, Ken provides well-crafted solutions to address a broad spectrum of government contracts matters, including bid protests, contract disputes, subcontract negotiation and teaming agreements, domestic sourcing restrictions, small business contracting, debarment and suspension, and other compliance matters.

Previously, Ken served as a procurement attorney at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). There, he advised on and litigated bid protests of major procurements, including a mission systems contract valued at over $1 billion, provided counsel concerning contract performance disputes, and advised the agency’s suspending and debarring official. Ken also advised NASA in its capacity as a member of the Federal Acquisition Regulatory council, assisting with regulatory drafting and the implementation of federal procurement policy.
