Nicole Bisbano

Nicole Bisbano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and customer service within both legal and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Business Manager at Kelley Kronenberg since April 2022, Nicole previously held the positions of Director of Client Experience and Director of the Platinum Program at Kelley/Uustal from March 2016 to April 2022. In these roles, responsibilities included overseeing client satisfaction, managing the Front of House team, and fostering relationships with VIP attorneys. Prior to this, Nicole was an Executive Medicine/UHealth Champions Patient Care Advocate at the University of Miami, ensuring exceptional care for high-profile patients.
