Cathryn Pratley is currently the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Kellogg Community Credit Union. Previously, Cathryn held roles at companies such as Bronson Healthcare and Hastings Mutual Insurance Company where Cathryn managed compliance and claim operations. Primarily focused on integrating risk management and compliance programs into business strategies, Cathryn has expertise in regulatory compliance, talent development, and customer service. Educationally, Cathryn holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Western Michigan University.
