Josh Branson

Josh Branson is a partner at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick PLLC, where they represent both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes civil litigation. They have served as lead counsel in numerous trial and appellate courts, focusing on complex issues such as copyright, terrorism-financing, antitrust, and telecommunications. Their notable cases include a billion-dollar interstate-water dispute in the U.S. Supreme Court and significant multi-billion-dollar copyright litigation. Josh received their Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University, both with magna cum laude honors.
