Steve Benz

Steve Benz is a Partner at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, PLLC, with experience dating back to January 1994. Specializing in representing corporations as plaintiffs in antitrust, unfair competition, class action, and complex commercial cases, Benz has over 25 years of litigation experience, having served as counsel of record in more than 130 litigated cases, trials, and appeals in both federal and state courts across the United States and the European Union. Prior to this role, Benz served as a Major and Deputy Staff Judge Advocate with the 113th Fighter Wing in the D.C. Air National Guard and US Air Force Reserve from 1991 to 1998. Benz holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School (1990) and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (M.A.L.D.) in International Law, Economics, and Trade from The Fletcher School at Tufts University (1985).
