Brian Glaser

Brian Glaser is an experienced professional in software quality assurance and business operations, currently serving as the Director of Software Quality Assurance and Business Operations at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group since December 2015. With a background in various leadership roles within the same company, including Director of Software Testing and Director of Project Management & Software Quality Assurance, Brian has been instrumental in developing and implementing quality assurance practices for software development. Prior to this, Brian held positions such as Director of Client Consulting & Data Integration and Manager of IT Quality Assurance, as well as a role as a Business Analyst, focusing on gathering and assessing software development requirements. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Neighborhood Improvement Specialist for the Town of Herndon. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Brown University and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
