Jackie Heffner is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Communications & Marketing at Kelly Benefits since October 2015, Jackie previously held the role of Director of Corporate Communications & Marketing at the same company. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Marketing and Communications at ServarusRM and Hamilton Insurance Agency, where responsibilities encompassed the creation, design, and implementation of marketing strategies. Jackie also has a diverse background in sales support, licensing coordination, and account management, with early experience as a Consultant/Advisor at Limited Brands. Jackie holds a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from James Madison University.
