Whitney Ellis

Whitney Ellis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership within the benefits industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Kelly Benefits since January 2017, Whitney has successfully enhanced the onboarding process for new clients through the development of best practices and standard operating procedures, while also improving project management and communication among stakeholders. Prior experience includes a role as Client Relationship Manager at Capital Services, Inc., where Whitney optimized proposal templates and managed client installations, as well as a Proposal Analyst position at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, which involved preparing medical proposals and training new staff. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Stevenson University.
