William Finch is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in database management and information technology leadership. Since March 2007, William has served as a Senior Database Manager at Kelly Benefits. Prior to this, William held the position of IT Director at Sunset Mortgage Company and worked as an IT Manager at The Lee Group. William’s early career includes significant roles as an Air Traffic Control Specialist in the United States Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Corps Recruiting, along with positions in project estimation and technical training management. William's educational credentials include a MongoDB Certified Database Administrator certification from MongoDB University, a DOT FAA Air Traffic Control Specialist Certification from the US Navy/Marine Corps Air Traffic Control School, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer credential from New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
