Ashley Olinger

Ashley Olinger is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations and strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Kelly Box and Packaging since July 2021, Ashley oversees HR functions and leads talent acquisition efforts, including job analysis and onboarding processes. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a Human Resources Generalist at WA Jones and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Pretzel's Incorporated, where responsibilities included onboarding and training in a large manufacturing environment. Ashley also has significant expertise from tenure at Young Electric Inc, contributing to recruiting, training, and policy development. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and a Core 40 Diploma from Huntington North High School.
