Joshua Ozi is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as a BT Openreach Customer Service Telecoms Engineer at Kelly Group since May 2017, Joshua previously held the position of Tech Advisor at Tesco PLC from April 2004 to 2016. Joshua's leadership skills were demonstrated through the role of Deacon at Kings way international christian centre from 2000 to 2015 and as a Store Manager at New wayxl from June 1999 to March 2003, where responsibilities included staff training and shop floor presentation organization. Academically, Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer and Networking from the University of Greenwich (2011-2014) and possesses a teaching degree from the Republic Democratic of Congo (1989-1994).
