David Grennan

David Grennan is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Kelly & O'Callaghan, bringing substantial experience in various areas such as Master plan Costing's, Cost Planning, Tender Review/Analysis, and Construction Documentation Reviews. Prior to their current role, David held positions at Prowse Quantity Surveyors, Wilde and Woollard, Glenbeigh Construction Limited, and Clasby Beale Associates. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and has also received education from Outward Bound Australia and St. Nathy's College in Ireland.
