Lynn Diddens

Lynn Diddens is a seasoned real estate broker at Kelly Right Real Estate LLC since April 2017, with a strong background in property investment and rehabilitation. Previously, Lynn served as Managing Member at Pacific Coast Financial Solutions, LLC from September 2004 to December 2016, specializing in distress property acquisitions and providing passive income opportunities for investors. As Director of Acquisitions at Solano Community Investors Group from October 2009 to March 2012, Lynn identified and evaluated real estate opportunities and managed multiple rehabilitation projects in California. Earlier experience includes roles as a Safety Specialist at Honeywell Process Solutions and Honeywell Aerospace, where Lynn developed OSHA training programs and implemented health and safety policies across multiple manufacturing facilities. Lynn holds a BS in Environmental Health & Safety from Illinois State University and an Associate of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Highland Community College.
