Dean Baker

Dean Baker serves as the Vice President and State Operations Lead at Kelly Educational Staffing since January 2019, alongside a role as Senior Client Lead at Kelly Services since May 2009. As a Strategic Client Manager in National Workforce Solutions, Dean develops solutions for organizations across the U.S. Previous experience includes managing Temporary, Contract, and Educational Staffing Solutions in Pennsylvania as VP, Regional Lead, and serving as District Manager for the United States Army Reserve. Additional roles include Signal Operations Chief and Instructor at the Army Reserve, Recruiting Manager at Marine Corps Recruiting, and Signals Chief/Forward Observer in the United States Marine Corps. Dean holds a Professional Certificate in Labor and Employee Relations from Penn State World Campus and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Kaplan University.
