Dirce A.

Dirce A. is an experienced recruiter currently serving as a Growth Recruiter for U.S. Operations at Kelly since May 2022, with a previous role as a P&I Recruiter. Prior to this, Dirce worked at Moore Advanced Inc. as a bilingual recruiter and spent five years at L&E Research in a similar capacity. Dirce's experience also includes serving as an ESL Instructional Assistant at Columbus City Schools from September 2015 to October 2021, where support was provided to international students. Additional roles include a Job Coach at Godman Guild Association during a summer program, a Summer Camp Counselor at the Ohio Hispanic Coalition, and a Front Desk Assistant at Capital University. Dirce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Capital University, completed in 2015.
