Hugo Malan

Hugo Malan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as President of Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom at Kelly Services since March 2020, Malan previously held positions including Managing Partner at Talent Capital Advisors and Chief Operating Officer at Employbridge. Additionally, Malan served as EVP & President of North American Staffing at CDI Talent & Technology Solutions, and held senior roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, and McKinsey. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
