Lauren Sweers

Lauren Sweers is an accomplished Sr Operations Consultant at Kelly since October 2017, specializing in operationalizing and managing the win validation process and system audits for a large sales team. At Kelly, Lauren also serves as Chair of the Women’s Alliance Group (ERG) and has experience as a Project Manager Scrum Master overseeing strategic projects on both regional and global scales. Previously, Lauren worked as Operations Manager and Vendor Management Specialist at KellyOCG from 2012 to 2017, where responsibility included developing an indirect procurement strategy and managing significant vendor spend. Lauren's earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Business Solutions at Staff Management | SMX and as a Sales Administrator at MULTIVAC USA. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas, obtained in 2004.
