Daniel Fleek

Daniel Fleek is an experienced packaging professional with a diverse background in design and management. Currently serving as Package Design Manager at Kelly Spicers since July 2022, Daniel oversees the development of innovative package designs to support the sales team. Previously, Daniel worked as a Design Engineer at Hexacomb, contributing to structural package design and testing in an ISTA certified lab. As a Structural Engineer at Veritiv, responsibilities included designing packages using various materials and optimizing for distribution. Early career roles include a canvasser at REC Solar, where Daniel excelled in lead generation, and positions at Cal Poly State University, where experience was gained in warehouse management and customer service. Daniel holds an MBA from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a BS in Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University.
