Ben Fagan

Ben Fagan is a Digital Product Manager at KellyDeli since October 2021, where management of the build and launch of an 11-country website has improved internal efficiency and search rankings through a purpose-built CMS. Prior to this, Ben served as a Senior CRM Manager at Shpock, leading the full CRM experience and prioritizing the Growth squad product backlog. At Sainsbury's, Ben held multiple roles, culminating as CRM Marketing Manager, where development of Nectar loyalty app features and management of stakeholder relationships were key responsibilities. Earlier positions included CRM Marketing Executive for clothing, Marketing Executive focused on Omni-Channel marketing, and Online Shop Fulfilment. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Swansea University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
