Mr. Mark McQuillen is Kelmar’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President. Mr. McQuillen holds a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and Massachusetts U.S. District Court. Since 1995, Mr. McQuillen has provided unclaimed property consulting services to clients across the United States.
Serving as CEO and President since 2001, Mr. McQuillen ensures that Kelmar delivers superior service to clients by providing overall strategic direction, overseeing business operations, and allocating resources across the Company. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Mr. McQuillen serves as a resource for Treasurers, Revenue Commissioners, Unclaimed Property Administrators, and Attorneys General nationally, and participates regularly with them in unclaimed property workshops and seminars. He consults with clients on drafting legislation and regulations, and develops cutting edge solutions to address the operational and technical challenges facing government unclaimed property administrators.
