Hugo Adams has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several organizations. Hugo is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Kelpi since June 2023. Hugo Adams gained significant experience at Superdry, where they served as Group Marketing and Business Development Director from November 2016 to July 2018. Hugo was responsible for global marketing, business development, and leadership of the Superdry Sport brand in 55 countries.

At Marks and Spencer, Hugo Adams held multiple roles. Hugo started as the Head of International Strategy and Business Development in May 2008 and later became the Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive, Marc Bolland, from November 2011 to June 2014. Hugo then served as the Director of Property, Store Development, and Facilities Management from July 2014 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing the global property portfolio, including stores, office buildings, and warehouses.

Before their tenure at Marks and Spencer, Hugo Adams worked for Dyson, starting as the Head of Global Marketing in January 2003. Hugo subsequently held positions as the Head of International Business Development and later as the Business Unit Director. Hugo oversaw global marketing, business development, and the launch of new products in various markets.

Hugo Adams began their career at Kraft Foods as a Brand Manager before joining Dyson in July 2000.
