Cindy Trevathan has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service industry, currently serving as the Business Development Coordinator at Kelsan since January 2016. Cindy has held the role of Office Representative at both State Farm and Mike Lewis State Farm since June 2002, where responsibilities include managing sales and customer service activities for a large insurance agency, meeting potential clients to assess their needs, and developing tailored insurance and financial portfolios. Prior experience includes working as an Underwriter at Inslogic, where Cindy evaluated risk characteristics and provided underwriting feedback, as well as serving as an Insurance Service Agent at ClientLogic, handling complex customer inquiries. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained in 1988.
