Gisela Villanueva

Gisela Villanueva has extensive experience in human resources and analytics, currently serving as Supervisor of HR Analytics at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic since October 2016. Gisela has held multiple roles at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, including HRIS Team Lead, Sr. HR Business and Systems Analyst, and Sr. HR Systems & Reporting Analyst. Prior to this, Gisela worked at Aggreko from May 2010 to May 2016, where positions included Human Resources Analyst, HRIS Administrator, and Customer Support Representative. Gisela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Central de Venezuela, earned between 2001 and 2006.
