Shannta Smith is a seasoned professional in enterprise resource planning and software quality assurance, currently serving as the Senior ERP Analyst at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic since January 2022. In this role, Shannta leads the ERP Supply Chain Management and Procurement IT team, focusing on the design, implementation, and operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud and integrated systems, while driving business process improvements and managing training efforts. Prior to this position, Shannta held significant roles at HCA Healthcare as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst and at Community Health Systems as a Senior Operations Integrations Analyst. Shannta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
