James Wong

James Wong is a skilled commercial manager with extensive experience in quantity surveying and project coordination. Currently employed at Keltbray since January 2022, responsibility includes overseeing the commercial performance of numerous projects while ensuring fair contract terms. Previously at China Railway Group Limited, James contributed to a £240 million project by managing change control and stakeholder communications. Experience at Kuly Construction & Engineering focused on cost management and performance improvement in a project that received a Gold Award. Earlier roles, including positions at Sum Kee Construction Limited and Lee Fat Enterprise Works Limited, involved tendering processes, cost estimation, and supplier management. James holds a Master of Science in Construction Economics and Management from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Supply Chain Management from the University of Manitoba.
