Russell Shirra is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager at Keltbray Group since September 2018, Russell has a strong background in commercial management and cost value reconciliation. Prior roles include Senior Quantity Surveyor at Close UK Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed project commercial management and internal reporting, as well as Quantity Surveyor positions at Dawn Construction Limited and Kennedy Construction Ltd, focusing on final accounts, interim applications, and subcontractor management.
