Dan Fussell

Dan Fussell is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Keltus, where a strong focus is placed on experiential learning programs designed to foster resilience and compassion through adventurous challenges. Prior to this role, Dan served in various leadership positions at Penten and Downer, including Head of Business Development and Senior Manager, respectively. Dan’s extensive experience in the Australian Army included roles such as Officer Commanding of the Adventurous Training Wing, where oversight of training for up to 150 trainees was crucial, as well as positions in operations management that involved complex problem-solving and strategic coordination. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Cross University and a High School Certificate from Hurlstone Agricultural High School.
