Halvard Aagaard

Halvard Aagaard is an experienced executive with a strong background in the LED technology and lighting industries. Currently serving as CEO of Rift Labs, Photosynthetic, and Kelvin GmbH since October 2020, Aagaard oversees the development of innovative lighting products and software solutions aimed at various markets, including Controlled Environment Agriculture and cinema. Prior to this, Aagaard held leadership roles in product management at TOMRA and as COO at Orkel AS, alongside experience at DNV GL, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., and Toyo Pacific Tokyo Marine and Trade Co., Ltd. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a degree from the University of Oslo.
