Ivo Petrov

Ivo Petrov has an extensive work history in the medical field. Ivo is currently serving as the Chief Medical Director at Kelvin Health since September 2021. Before that, they held the position of Head Cardiology Department at City Clinic Sofia from December 2012 to the present. Additionally, they served as the Medical Director at City Clinic Sofia, Bulgaria from November 2012 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as the Head Cardiology Department at Tokuda Hospital Sofia from June 2006 to November 2012. Ivo Petrov began their career as a Resident Invasive Cardiology and angiology at Favaloro Foundation in Buenos Aires from April 1999 to December 2001.

Ivo Petrov completed their primary education at the 93rd Primary School Lazar Stanev in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 1972 to 1979. Ivo then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at the 9th French language secondary school in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 1980 to 1984. Afterwards, Ivo attended the Medical University Sofia from 1986 to 1992, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Finally, they pursued a specialization in Hemodinamia, Cardiologia y Angiologia Intervencionista at the University of Buenos Aires from 1999 to 2001.
