Jake Bear has a diverse work experience in various roles within the engineering and product management fields. Jake started their career as a Diesel Engine Engineer at Phoenix Laser Solutions/Phoenix Technical Solutions in 2015. In 2016, they joined Kelvion as an Application Engineer and later held roles as a Key Account Manager and Product Manager. In these positions, Jake collaborated with sales management, provided product support to the sales team, identified product gaps, and educated internal and external stakeholders on new products and software tools. In 2021, they joined AMETEK Specialty Metal Products as a Product Manager before moving to their current role as the Engineering & Quality Director - Data Centers at KELVION THERMAL SOLUTIONS in 2022.
Jake Bear attended Penn State University from 2011 to 2015. Jake earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering during this time.
