Stefan's career in sales began at GEA Luftkühler GmbH in 1990, encompassing roles in sales, order processing, and product preparation. Stefan holds a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Production Engineering from Märkische Fachhochschule, Iserlohn, earned between 1985 and 1990.
