Megan Boyd

Megan Boyd has extensive experience in supply chain management and process improvement. Megan is currently the Director of Supply Chain Center of Excellence at Kem Krest since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Advance Auto Parts as the Director of Supply Chain Optimization from July 2022 to September 2023 and as the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement Lean Six Sigma from June 2019 to July 2022. Megan also served as a Senior Manager at Connors Group from April 2017 to June 2019, and as a Project Manager at Creatix, Inc. from April 2015 to March 2017. Before that, they were the Manager of Student Centric Scheduling at DeVry University from March 2014 to March 2015. Megan's earlier experience includes roles at OfficeMax, where they held positions such as Senior Manager Lean Operations from October 2012 to March 2014, Senior Industrial Engineering Manager from September 2008 to October 2012, and Lean Strategy Manager from April 2007 to September 2008. Megan began their career as a Consultant at H.B. Maynard and Co., Inc. in the grocery, manufacturing, retail, and distribution industries starting in 2002.

Megan Boyd attended Purdue University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
