Robert Shufelt

Robert Shufelt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Robert served as the Director of Operations at Kem Krest since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Enterprise Warehousing & Logistics at FNA Group from May 2019 to February 2023. Robert also worked as the Plant Manager - Material Movement at Abbott from January 2021 to May 2021. Robert was the Operations Manager at Arvato SCM Solutions from May 2017 to April 2019 and worked as the Production Manager at Kalle from October 2016 to May 2017. Robert gained experience as the General Manager at Capstone Logistics, LLC from February 2013 to September 2016. Robert started their career as a Quality & Inventory Manager at Rust-Oleum Corporation, where they worked from January 2001 to December 2012.

Robert Shufelt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cardinal Stritch University from 2009 to 2015. Robert also obtained a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the Milwaukee School of Engineering between 2007 and 2009. In addition, they received a 5S Certification and studied Lean Manufacturing at the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2008 and 2007 respectively.
