A comprehensive alcohol, substance abuse, and dual-diagnosis recovery program that helps individuals get their lives back on track. We offer medical detox, residential care, partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs, transitional care, equine therapy, and aftercare (relapse prevention), for men and women over 18. Our customized program, combined with a comfortable setting, is designed to help each patient replace addiction habits with new, healthy choices, building on the individual's unique personality and needs. This multidisciplinary team, including doctors, licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), onsite medical staff, intensive outpatient program (IOP) clinicians, and licensed professional counselors, collaborates to deliver personalized care plans that integrate medical detox, therapy, fitness, and expressive art activities, ensuring holistic recovery for each patient.
