Cathy L. McKeon

Ms. McKeon is the Chief Executive Officer of Kemark Financial Services, Inc. She has over twenty-five years of experience in risk management and insurance, including corporate experience for a publicly held Fortune 500 company, as well as consulting experience with one of the world's largest financial services firms.

Prior to joining Kemark, Ms. McKeon was the Principal in Charge of the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Insurance Risk Management Solutions practice in the US. Earlier in her career, Ms. McKeon served as Assistant Treasurer for a Fortune 500 food processing and distribution company. She began her career as a National Sales Assistant for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

Ms. McKeon is currently a member of the American Management Association's Risk Management Council. She was formerly the Chairman of the Audit Committee, a chapter president, and a member of the National Board of Directors of the Risk and Insurance Management Society ("RIMS"). Ms. McKeon has conducted numerous seminars, has been quoted in numerous publications, and has appeared on CNBC to discuss risk management issues.

Ms. McKeon holds an M.B.A. from Pace University, and a B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University.
