Derrick M Manley holds a PHR certification in Human Resources from DePaul University. Currently, Derrick serves as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at KEMBA Financial Credit Union since October 2009. Prior to this role, Derrick was the National Learning and Development Manager for HSBC North America, managing training and talent development for over 1,500 professionals across more than 300 branches with a budget of approximately $1.4 million. Derrick also held the position of Vice President of Sales for Insurance Services, where achievements included exceeding sales targets in challenging market conditions. Earlier in the career, Derrick managed sales teams and operations at Centennial Wireless, overseeing outbound telemarketing and customer service functions.
