The Operations and Management team at KEMBA is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of credit union services. This includes overseeing loan originations, lending operations, branch operations, risk management, member engagement, sales, and digital experiences. The team manages critical aspects such as payment strategies, commercial credit, student loans, contact center operations, facilities, and quality control to enhance overall member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
