Manuel Ortiz is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of New Process and Products Introduction at KEMET Electronics Corporation since December 2003. With a proven track record in managing product development, process engineering, and operational excellence, Manuel has held various leadership roles, including New Process Introduction Manager, Process Engineering Manager, KTP Process Engineer Leader, and New Products Introduction Engineer at KEMET. Prior experience includes serving as the PCP Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Littelfuse, where continuous improvement in processes and problem resolution were key responsibilities, and as a Production Scheduler at Valsa Panel SA de CV, overseeing customer order scheduling across multiple production areas. Manuel holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a degree in Mechanical and Administrative Engineering from the Facultad de Ingenieria Mecanica y Electrica.
