Andrew Samaan

Andrew is a Kemgo board member and non-executive advisor. He is an attorney who also holds an MBA in finance. He has extensive experience in corporate transactional work, handling in excess of $5 billion in mergers and acquisitions transactions and issuance of corporate securities on behalf of US and international corporations. Andrew has held various high-level positions for a media content company, worked for Prudential Securities Inc., where he provided middle-market companies with sell-side, buy-side and defense advisory services, and also worked as a corporate securities lawyer in New York and London.
