Arley Beane

Arley Beane, CPIM, currently serves as a Procurement Specialist II at Kemin Industries since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Master Planner/Buyer at Helena Industries, Inc. from October 2016 to June 2021, where responsibilities involved scheduling production runs and ensuring delivery dates for 750 stock keeping units through Oracle. Earlier experience as Sales Support Coordinator at DuPont Pioneer from March 2014 to August 2016 focused on managing sales agencies in Southern Texas, including tracking sales and training on new systems. Arley also worked as a Sales Agronomist Trainee at Cargill from May 2013 to January 2014, establishing relationships with growers to enhance yields and profitability. Arley earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University in 2013.
