Jessica Wells

Jessica Wells has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving as the Associate Director of Worldwide Strategic Marketing at Kemin Industries since July 2014, with previous roles ranging from Senior Worldwide Marketing Manager to Marketing Communications Specialist. Prior experience includes a Marketing Manager position at Kemin AquaScience and a Marketing & Social Media Manager role at Thermal Control Products, Inc., where a website redesign led to a 145% increase in e-commerce sales. Jessica began their career as an Office Manager/Customer Service at Thermal Control Products, gaining skills in account management and internal communication. Early experiences include an internship in sports marketing at UNI Athletics, focused on increasing attendance at events, and administrative roles at Harley Davidson. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
