Jarmo Pasanen

Jarmo Pasanen is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Sr HR Manager at Kemira since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jarmo held the position of Senior HR Manager for Biofuels at UPM - The Biofore Company from February 2019 to August 2023. Jarmo's extensive experience includes serving as Senior HR Manager at Nornickel Harjavalta from 2009 to January 2019, Manager Labour Relations/HR Manager at Altia Corporation in 2008-2009, and Manager Labour Relations at Danisco Sugar Finland from 2006 to 2008.
